Gypsy Pistoleros sign to Heavy Metal Records

Lookie - my boys with MD of Heavy Metal Records Paul Birch! Gypsy Pistoleros have signed a deal with HMR!
Not only that, they've announced the release in March 2012 of new album Forever Wild, Beautiful and Damned! Greatest Hits Volume 1! This one is going to collate some of their biggest hits so far alongside some new material, so I can't wait for that. It's going to be mixed and produced by the legend that is Joe Gibb (Jane's Addiction, Funeral For A Friend) at Mighty Atom Studios.
If you haven't heard them yet, Gypsy Pistoleros play a unique mix of flamenco rumba, old school punk and rock 'n' roll riffs. They are the only band who have been invited to play all five Rocklahoma festivals since 2007, lining up alongside the likes of Motley Crue, Poison and Whitesnake.
It has been something of a rough ride since Lee and Iggie got together in 2005. Changes in band personnel, some near misses on signing with labels, and an aborted llive album. But now it's all coming together. With Jeff Williams on drums and Kenny K Doll on bass, plus this new deal with HMR, the Gypsy Pistoleros are saddled up and ready to ride!
The Pistoleros are currently gearing up to tour with LA Guns - more details at a later date.
